MoU Through Convergence of Art and Blockchain Technology

Nagaya Technologies will be working with world renowned digital media artist, Hooranky Bae (real name Bae Han-seong) to build a global public interest NFT platform.

This agreement marks the joint effort to create a digital public interest ecosystem through an NFT platform, bringing together the artistic world and public interest philosophy of artist Hooranky Bae. An active philanthropist and Climate Change Task Force (CCTF) Ambassdor, Artist Hooranky Bae is recently working on a climate change ecosystem conservation fundraising project based on his NFT artpiece (Hooranky's "Flower of Water" worth USD 54M) with the government of the Philippines.

Hence, it is in the plan to utilize the public interest funds raised through this new platform for diverse social contribution initiatives, such as environmental protection, culture and arts, education, and child support.

Nagaya Technologies, as the official technology partner, is responsible for overall core technological developments, including the construction of the NFT platform, the development of a blockchain-based digital asset management system, and the establishment of global service infrastructure.

Features that comprising of the issuance of digital media art NFTs, a system for participating in global public interest campaigns, digital donation services, international community management, and services linking public interest projects, will be introduced in various phases.

Both parties map out to establish a global social contribution model that integrates culture, arts, and digital technology, and stretch the scope of cooperation from the Philippines to the rest of the world.
