Nagaya Technologies has officially entered into a strategic partnership with Korea Cashback Co., Ltd (Korea Cashback) to expand real-world utility and enhance stable asset usage for NGY holders. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in strengthening NGY’s position as a “real asset–backed digital asset,” and represents an important turning point as NGY evolves into a digital asset that can be seamlessly connected to everyday spending.
Korea Cashback is a leading rewards and payment infrastructure company in South Korea. The company has rapidly grown through its core technologies, with a B2B distribution system, the development of next-generation unified payment settlement programs that combine both online and offline payments, and the establishment of a global economic infrastructure platform powered by the Korea Cashback. These technological capabilities make Korea Cashback a highly valuable partner for expanding practical utility for NGY holders worldwide.
Through this partnership, Nagaya’s global community of more than 70,000 users will be able to access a variety of reward and payment-linked services when visiting South Korea. Likewise, NGY holders from around the world can soon connect their real-asset-based NGY rewards to everyday spending during their stay in Korea.
This collaboration enables Nagaya to complete a full asset cycle—from holding, to earning rewards, to real-world spending—elevating NGY from a simple store of value to a long-term digital asset (Utility Asset). Additionally, Korea Cashback’s settlement and payment technologies provide a solid foundation for expanding NGY’s real-world usability within South Korea.
Going forward, both companies plan to expand their cooperation across several key areas, including NGY–Korea Cashback reward system integration, online/offline payment infrastructure utilization, global payment accessibility through the Korea Cashback Card, and user-friendly services for NGY holders not only in Korea but from around the world. Furthermore, the two companies will review the potential expansion of these services into other Asian regions in future phases.
