It has been brought to our attention that some individuals/organizations have been using the name Nagaya Technologies Pte Ltd to promote their own marketing activities in which Nagaya Technologies Pte Ltd has no involvement.
We would like to reiterate that Nagaya Technologies Pte Ltd. has never cooperated with any parties for the creation of any offers program that uses Nagaya (NGY) as a bonus or reward, except those announced on our official channels and electronic newsletters.
The management of Nagaya Technologies has neither approved nor allowed any offers, by any parties. Hence we advise our holders to be cautious of any fraudulent emails, messages and offers made by these individuals/organizations claiming to be acting on behalf of the management of Nagaya Technologies Pte Ltd.
