Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Yorath Yohannes Tjandra
Yohannes, a seasoned business development expert with educational roots in Karlsruhe Institute of Applied Science and Universitas Trisakti, has over a decade of experience in software design and development.
His consultancy work spans SMEs, MNCs, and government projects in Indonesia. In 2011, he ventured into blockchain and Bitcoin mining, driven by the first Bitcoin price crash.
As the founder of Nagaya, Yohannes pioneers the tokenization of natural resources, merging his expertise with a passion for creating a sustainable cryptocurrency model.

Yuli Yolanda
Yuli, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in wholesale retail and F&B, excels in sales and marketing. Her relentless pursuit of knowledge has unlocked numerous business opportunities and forged a global network of associates.
With a robust foundation in business management, Yuli also serves as an advisor for startups. As the COO she leverages her extensive experience to drive operational excellence and vast business network.
Chief Business Development Officer
Jung Heechul
Heechul, a former lecturer and adjunct professor at Hanshin University, transitioned to consultancy after nearly a decade in academia. With 15 years of experience advising on government projects and authoring research papers for Korean organizations, he pioneered IT and software consulting in Gwangju City from 1997.
He served on the main advisory committee for Gwangju City development until 2014.
As the Chief Business Development Officer, Heechul leverages his extensive expertise to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Koh Huihui
Huihui, with over 15 years at Singapore Airlines, brings a service-centric and international perspective to corporate communications. Her tenure in business operations, customer relationship management, and regional sales has honed her skills in digital and social media marketing.
A graduate of Singapore University of Social Sciences with a major in Business with Psychology, Huihui excels in crafting effective communication strategies. As the Chief Communications Officer, she leverages her extensive experience to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Nitesh B. Gianchandani
Nitesh B. Gianchandani, known as Dani, is a Licensed Public Speaker and Trainer with extensive experience in mastering communications, leadership, and development for hundreds of organizations. Awarded as the "Youngest Toastmasters District 87 Public Speaking Champion," Dani initiated Indonesia's first World Speech Day.
His tenure at MindGym, a behavioral change specialist company, saw him train Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, Audi, and Microsoft.
As Nagaya's Chief Communications Officer, Dani leverages his expertise in digital media, marketing, and training to enhance stakeholder engagement and promote asset understanding for future benefits.

Mohd. Nizam Ismail
A well-known name in the fintech industry, Mr. Mohd Nizam Ismail graduated from National University of Singapore Law School, he has 27 years of experience in the finance sector specialising in regulatory compliance.
Notably, he is also the Founding Chairman of the Regulatory and Compliance Sub-Committee of the Blockchain Association of Singapore.
Previously he was the Deputy Director and Head of the Market Conduct Policy Division, Monetary Authority of Singapore. As a Financial Services Regulatory Compliance Thought Leader, he is the CEO of Ethikom Consultancy, a company that he has founded since 2019.

Douglas Ryu
Professor Douglas Ryu, with experience in both private and public sectors including Samsung and LG Chemical, is currently a research professor in energy convergence at Korea University. Holding two master’s degrees and two PhDs in economics and business administration, he specializes in FDI and global management.
An ESG expert, he has led educational projects for the Ministry of Environment, Korea, and contributed to renewable energy projects like wind and solar power. His work in lithium-ion battery business with LG Chemical in Korea and China equips him with valuable knowledge for the carbon-neutrality movement.

Mr. Park Dae-Woung, a graduate of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies with degrees in biomedical engineering, trade studies, and business strategy, has over 25 years of experience in biotechnology, real estate development, entertainment, and resource development.
He has successfully led several listed companies in South Korea, leveraging his business development expertise. Notably, he founded VK Corporation, pioneering polymer lithium-ion battery production for Samsung Electronics.
Currently, he serves as Vice President of Sesung Co. Ltd, developer of P4 Lala Square in Sejong City, South Korea, and maintains a robust global business network.

Song Hak Dong
Mr. Song Hak Dong has over two decades of experience in accounting, having worked at Seong Un and Daeyoung Accounting Corporations. He specializes in corporate taxation and financial strategies for firms like Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. and Nolbu Co. Ltd.
Renowned for his expertise in due diligence and business feasibility, he has consulted for various organizations, including serving as chief reviewer for South Korea's Ministry of Agriculture's Local Industry Development Project.
Currently a partner at Hana Accounting Corporation, he also advises Netflix's Squid Game Season 2 and lectures at Hanyang University.
Mr. Song’s concurrence with the business concept of Nagaya Technologies has furthered strengthened after conducting a business feasibility analysis for our company in 2023.
